There are some really good teachers in America’s public schools. Some teachers really love the children and want them to learn. We appreciate our good teachers. We do not appreciate the teacher unions. We do not know of one teacher union that actually seeks the welfare of the children. They are all about consolidating power for themselves. Until recently, in many states, every teacher in public education was required to pay teacher union dues as a condition of employment. A recent Supreme Court decision overruled the requirement for all teachers to pay dues, but the teacher unions still receive billions of dollars of tax-payer money. Since public schools receive government funds according to the number of students enrolled, they fiercely oppose private schools and home schooling, even though these are much better for the students than the public schools.
And what do they do with all these funds? Nothing to promote the well being of our children in public education. Teacher unions are responsible for removing phonics from school, so that 2/3 of American school children in public education are not proficient in reading. Many students are graduated from high school who are only reading on the kindergarten level. Education is so simplified that students are promoted automatically whether they learn the material or not. Students are set up to fail. Equity is enforced in the classroom so that there is no incentive for a child to do his best because those who work hard receive the same reward as those who do not work at all.
In order to maintain freedom, a society needs a moral, well educated population that can self-govern. That’s why teacher unions try to keep the students ignorant, immoral, and unable to self-govern when they come of age. That way they must depend on government all their lives, and they will be trapped in poverty because they will not have the skills to defend themselves. And since they must depend on the government for their livelihood, they will have no freedom. They have to go along with whatever the government expects of them.
So then, if the students are not learning reading or science or math or history, what are they learning during all their hours in school, five days a week? During the covid lock-down, when many students were taking classes at home by the internet, many parents were appalled when they saw for the first time what their children were being taught. The teacher unions have no love for our children. As far as the unions are concerned, our children have no more value than a used candy wrapper. If the child’s life is ruined in order to promote the goals of the unions, that’s fine with them. The deep state swamp snakes had wanted to abort all these children. Many millions were butchered in abortion clinics. Since these escaped the abortion butcher shops, now the teacher union wants to corrupt them. They learn a perverted and untrue version of American history. They are taught to hate America because it is racist. They are trained to be communist revolutionaries. Impressionable young people are seduced into accepting mutilating sex-change surgeries from which they can never recover, and which will leave them sick for the rest of their lives.
The corrupt agenda of the teacher unions is inspired by Satan. It is not man’s idea, and it cannot be defeated by any human strategy. Only God can outsmart Satan, and only Spirit-filled, born-again Christians, invoking the name and authority of Jesus Christ can be God’s instruments to beat back Satan’s kingdom of darkness. Over several decades Satan has gained much territory in American education and has ruined many lost souls for eternity. Satan will not give up his territory easily. It is the duty of Christian parents to cover each child every day with a hedge of prayer. Parents must prepare their children by teaching truth and helping them to recognize the lies with which the agents of Satan will seek to deceive them. Parents must block any access which the agents of Satan seek to have with the children. And Christian parents must live before their children an honest, Spirit-filled testimony which their children will want to copy and emulate.
